Meeting Minutes—November 16, 2006

Request for a Determination of Applicability— KeySpan Energy, 175 East Old Country Road Hicksville, NY 11801.  The purpose of this hearing is to discuss the installation of a fence located within land subject to coastal storm flowage, at 20 Pierce Avenue.  

Continuation of a Public Hearing—Notice of IntentDEP #64-426— A & H Auto Exchange Inc., 15 Robinson Road, Salem, MA.  The purpose of this hearing is to discuss the construction of stormwater control structures located within a buffer zone to an inland bank and BVW and culvert a portion of an intermittent stream, pursuant to a DEP Consent Order, at 15 Robinson Road.  

Continuation of a Public Hearing—Request for Determination of Applicability— A & H Auto Exchange Inc., 15 Robinson Road Salem, MA 01970.  The purpose of this hearing is to discuss the construction of two ramps and associated headwalls for an existing scale located within a buffer zone to an inland bank and BVW, at 15 Robinson Road.

Continuation of a Public Hearing—Notice of Intent— DEP #64-434—Town and Country Homes 532 Lowell Street Peabody, MA 01960.  The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed construction of a 37-lot sub division and four stormwater management facilities associated with the subdivision off Clark Avenue

Continuation of a Public Hearing—Notice of Intent— DEP #64-436—Peter and Diane Haywood, 3 A Winter Island Road, Salem, MA.  The purpose of this hearing is to discuss repairs to an existing concrete block seawall within Buffer Zone to a Coastal Bank, and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage at 3 A Winter Island Road.  

Public Hearing— Request for a Determination of Applicability— Osborne Hills, P.O. Box 780, Lynnfield, MA  01940.  The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed grading and landscaping of approximately 25 sf of driveway in the buffer zone of BVW on Lot 6 off of Marlborough Road.

Public Hearing— Request for a Determination of Applicability— Osborne Hills, P.O. Box 780, Lynnfield, MA  01940.  The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed construction of a boulder wall, grading and landscaping in the buffer zone of BVW on Lot 31 off of Marlborough Road.
